I would just like to give a round of applause to MadRooster. I
found MadRooster a couple of months ago after a ...hmmm....not
so fun experience with my previous host. I live in the US and my
previous host lives in the UK...well after contacting them by phone
(3 min for $30). My problem was still unsolved. So, I went looking
for a new host. I contacted MadRooster after reading throught this
forum. I saw people receiving actual help. Not people threatening
to sue (as was the case with my last host). I had went with a cheap
host and gotten bad service. I was leary about MadRooster at first,
even after seeing the forums. So I left a question and it was responded
to in minutes!!! That would have taken days on my last host.
Then the ultimate test....I put in a support ticket....again a response
in minutes. Yep I was shocked...and I told them
so. I even went as far as to make sure they weren't affiliated with
my last host and described my problems. I have a new business website
and these problems were causing me some major stress. Their support
staff offered to call ME to work it out and I wasn't even their customer.
So they called me and were more helpful then I could have imagined.
I was signed up with them immediately and they made it a breeze to
transfer my domain and get going again! I have had excellent support
from them ever since.
I just wanted to take the time to thank the staff of MadRooster
for making my work a bit easier. Thank you all. I know that people
sometimes forget to thank the "good" ones...and after my
hubbies call to a Major ISP the other night that resulted in 4 hours
of transferring between departments and still nothing done. The thought
that came to mind...if this was MadRooster we'd have had our answer
and still be smiling. So thank you MadRooster and keep up the excellent
work!
