Why did I get an overdue invoice email? My balance was none!

We periodically send out emails reminding clients of overdue invoices. The way the system processes this sometimes include clients with a $0 balance. If you have a $0 balance and receive an Overdue Invoice reminder, it will state 'none' as your balance. You can simply disregard this email.
