If you have forgotten or need to change your cPanel password you can do so from the billing portal:
1. Login to the billing portal at: https://www.madrooster.com/portal/clientarea.php 2. Click on Services --> My Services 3. Click on the "Active" box next to the account you want to update 4. Under Actions in the Left Hand Column, click "Change Password" 5. Enter new password and hit "Save Changes"
Note: You can also log directly into cPanel from the billing portal by using the "Login to cPanel" link
