These are some general guidelines to setting up email accounts in most email programs. You may need to research how to add an email account to your program on Google, etc But these will be your settings.
Standard Incoming Mail Settings
In most cases if given the option, you will want to select IMAP or POP3. But these settings will work for either.
Incoming Mail Server: example.com (Replace example.com with your domain name without the www)
Incoming Mail Port: 143 (If selected POP3, use "110")
Incoming Mail User: jon.doe@example.com (Replace with your full email address)
Incoming Mail Password: ************** (Replace with your email password)
Security/SSL/Etc: Set to None or OFF
Authentication Method: Normal Password (You may not have this setting)
Secure Incoming Mail Settings
Incoming Mail Server: Server hostname. See your welcome email or request it be re-sent to you via our ticket system.
Incoming Mail Port: 993 (If selected POP3, use "995")
Incoming Mail User: jon.doe@example.com (Replace with your full email address)
Incoming Mail Password: ************** (Replace with your email password)
Security/SSL/Etc: SSL
Authentication Method: Normal Password (You may not have this setting)
Standard Outgoing Mail Settings
Outgoing Mail Server: example.com (Replace example.com with your domain name without the www)
Outgoing Mail Port: 26 (This setting is sometimes hidden in an advance menu, but is very important)
Outgoing Mail User: jon.doe@example.com (Replace with your full email address)
Outgoing Mail Password: ************** (Replace with your email password)
Security/SSL/Etc: Set to None or OFF
Authentication Method: Normal Password (You may not have this setting)
