Our servers require SMTP authentication. If you do not have this turned on you will receive Invalid HELO name errors when attempting to send emails.

To enable SMTP authentication, please follow the instructions below:

1. From the menu bar, click the "File" tab.
2. Select the Info tab on the left and select "Accounts Settings". Click on "Account Settings".
3. Select your email account then click "Change".
4. Click "More settings".
5. Select the "Outgoing Server" tab.
6. Tick the option "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication".
7. Select "OK".
9. Click "Next".
10. Click "Finish".
