To cancel your account, you will need to submit
a support ticket with the first 2 and last 4 digits of your credit
card, your account username and your account password. Be sure to back
up all of your files before submitting a request to cancel your account.
Please note, if you have registered a domain through madRooster.com and no longer wish to receive notices about renewing it, please indicate this in the ticket as well.
