with us for any reason or just wish to close the account at anytime
during the first 30 days, you will get a refund of all hosting fees paid
(less any setup fees). Be sure to include the first 2 and last 4 digits
of your credit card, your username and your password when closing your
account and requesting a refund for confirmation. If you paid by PayPal,
please include the transaction ID from PayPal.
You may be liable for domain registration fees if you participated in a
free domain offer, please refer to our Terms of Service for more
information.
NOTE: Account terminations due to violations of the TOS, Spam, Phishing,
Illegal Content, Warez, or fraud are not eligble for a refund.
The 30 day money back guarantee does not apply to any account that has
previously hosted with MadRooster.com or had a "free trial" prior to
registering a paying account.
