If you website is not responding, please follow these steps:

1. Check our main site at: madrooster.com for any network notices.

2. Go to Alertra.com and enter your domain in the box and hit the "Enter" key on your keyboard.

If the results say fail, go to the Support Center and open a ticket.

If the results say "OK", then there is nothing wrong with the server and you should check your firewall settings or try rebooting your computer. If you still have trouble, be sure you check with your network administrator or Internet Service Provider (ISP) before you open a support ticket.
