My monitoring software says my server was down - what gives?
We do guarantee our uptime. However, we do periodically reboot the
server, make security updates, or install new software to enhance our
clients hosting experience. While we only do these things late at night
when there is very little traffic, it will still reset the uptime
counter in your script.
The updates we do are a required part or regular maintenance and only
take a few minutes in the middle of the night to be performed.

Note: We never update during the day or business hours unless an emergency arises.
