To have the contact information updated for
domains registered through MadRooster.com, simply login to your domain
management system from https://www.madrooster.com/portal
then click "Domains", and then My Domains from the drop down. From there click the small down arrow to the far right of the domain you wish to edit and select "Edit Contact Information"
Please note that domain contact information is considered a public
record therefore we are unable to update domain records to include any
details we know to be inaccurate. While we understand and can appreciate
the privacy issues involved as we are legally bound to provide accurate
and current records please do not request that we update your domain to
show "John Smith, 123 Main Street, Anytown USA" or similar as the
registered owner of your domain.
